At tomdio.com we sell the Tomdio Brand a new authentic designer fashion. We also sell some partner-brands like Tom & Eva, Onitsuka Tiger, St. Lazare and others.


We are still developing more designes and accessories that you will soon get from here. So keep on visiting us fro new designes.



We post items daily from Monday to Friday. Our daily cut-off point is 2pm (Germany time) and any orders ordered before the 2pm deadline will be posted that very same day. At checkout, Germany customers have the option of choosing either the free delivery service or the next working day option of Special Delivery at a charge specified . If a customer chooses to upgrade an item to Special Delivery for specified charges and orders another item the same posting day (i.e. before 2pm) choosing the free delivery option then we will combine all items and send them all Special Delivery at no extra charge.

Please keep an eye out for your tracking number via an automated dispatch message or if you miss that, please refer to your purchased item section where you will see the tracking number. You can trace the delivery on the shipping agents track and trace website.

When you place an order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date, if not after payment receival we ship same working day. Sometimes items are delivered quicker than this and sometimes later so please bear in mind that we are in the hands of the courier once the item has left our warehouse and please bear in mind that we only ship Monday to Friday.



We offer customers a 14 day return policy from date of delivery. Please make sure that you make contact to us via the message system to arrange a return. The message that you send should state if you are planning to return the item for an exchange or a refund. We will reply to your message to confirm the exchange or refund and update your sales record in anticipation for your return. We regret that we will not accept returns outside the 14 day period

We will only accept returns when the tags are attached and the item is in the condition that it was received in which in the case of clothing will include the item packaging undamaged and in the case of footwear, the box undamaged. If we are unable to re-sell the item as a customer has returned an item in an unfit state then we reserve the right to reject the return.

All agreed returns should be sent to the Postal address on the delivery note and the delivery note should be included with the return to speed up our returns, inspection and refund process. Please note that some couriers will not deliver to a P O Box address and this also applies to International customers. We can provide an alternative returns address via message system if that is the case.


Our inspection and refund process is completed daily Monday to Friday and in most cases, the same day the item is returned.

We recommend that you return the item with adequate tracking and insurance. When we refund you via your Paypal account, we will immediately send you a cancellation request. The Paypal refund leaves our account instantly and credits either your Paypal balance or your linked card and this is dependent on how you paid for the item. If you paid by a linked credit or debit card then Paypal instantly credit that card but your card company may not update the card for 24 hours. If you paid out of an existing Paypal balance then you will see that refund straight away. The cancellation request should be agreed to once you have seen your refund. If you deny the cancellation request, we will need to contact paypal to reverse your decision and in the event that paypal do not overrule the denial, we will assume that you still require the item and chase for payment of it or the fees we incur

Germany customers will be refunded in full as per the Distance Selling regulation or in the case of an exchange, it will be posted free of charge. International customers will be refunded less the postage that we charged you at the point of order or in the case of an exchange, we will invoice you via Paypal for the additional postage cost.


  • If you plan to make a multiple purchase, the best way is to use the “add to basket” option which is just below the “buy it now” or ``Check out´´ option. This is especially the case for International customers as it will automatically discount the postage for each extra item you add to the basket. If International customers buy the items as individual orders, they are paying full price postage for each item up front as all our items are set to instant payment. By using the basket, you are not only combining the order but you are also paying less in postage. Any customer who orders separately though will still have the postage discount but this is manually refunded at the point of dispatch.
